Introduction to Army Public School and College System

 

Army Public School and College System is an education system in Pakistan operated by Pak Army. It is one of the most prestigious institutions in Pakistan with aim of imparting international level Education to it's students.

Foundation 

It was founded by Pak Army to provide education to the children of Pak Army personnels, though there are also civil students studying in these schools but most of them are children of Pakistan Army personnels.

Structure

The education system is well designed all the schools under this system follow a uniform curriculum for facilitation of children of Pak Army personnels, The system is divided into 18 regions and around 200+ schools are under this system. These schools are located in Cantonments and maintained directly by Pak army. 

Faculty

All the teachers are very competent, most of them have a Masters degree in their respective subjects while some senior teachers also have Higher qualifications, staff members and well payed and provided with incentives like hostel facility free pick and drop service within the Cantt premises.

Affiliation 

All the schools are affiliated with FBISE, Cambridge and some local education boards, till 8th class APSACS has it's own international syllabus, after which student can opt either for Cambridge or FBISE. 

Achievements 

APSACS has been a beacon of light for Pakistan, Gen Raheel Sharif former Army chief was an Alumni of APSACS. It produces high result at National and International level, and is one of the most prosperous Education facilities of the country.
